Broom Fisheries Friday Night Match Results.

Queensberry Water.
A small turnout tonight so the guys had plenty of room.
A lovely dry and mild night with a bit of cloud.
Only a short 3hr 15-minute match tonight due to poor light, but a few nice nets of fish were recorded.
Results :

1st – Steve Royle – 46lb (p19)
2nd – Mark Acton – 39lb 6oz (p27).
3rd – Matt Baxter – 37lb 8oz (p25).
4th – Barry Young – 34lb 8oz (p23)
5th – Daryn Ritchie – 20lb (p21)

Steve caught mostly on paste on the pole, lots of skimmers and a few carp with a couple of Bream and a big ide on the feeder to secure the win.
Mark Acton wasn’t far behind with his 39lb 6oz net of skimmers and a few small carp.
Matt Baxter had a similar mix of fish caught on the pole using paste, with Barry Young catching all of his on the pellet waggler & method feeder.
Daryn Ritchie caught most of his fish fishing shallow on the pole with a couple on the method feeder.
Well done guys… Another close one., and not bad for such a short match. ?
