On Queensberry water Steve Royle won overall with 34lb + of carp, including a nice mirror of 9lb +, all caught on maggot / tip rod. – Which also won him a £125 Daiwa tackle voucher.
Myles Watt caught some nice ide fishing shallow, along with skimmers and F1s to finish a close second.
Paul Spencer sneaked 3rd place with a late rally, catching some nice carp on maggot / tip rod.

 

On Bruces Acre Paul Hodkin won his section catching small carp on pole and feeder rod, with Don Lines a very close second with 4 barbel, caught on pole, and a nice 8lb carp on method feeder.
Some nice skimmers and carp caught elsewhere, and good to see a nice number of big ide up to 3lbs caught.

Nice tight sections, and a nice day to be out in the fresh air with friends…!
