A dry, overcast night with winds around 18mph.
Well done to John Williamson who put a superb weight together in the 3 & a half hour match tonight, catching 68lbs 8oz, 30lbs of silvers on the pole and 38lbs of carp in the margins. All caught on the pole with the culvert not producing a single fish.!!
In second place was Ian Hickson, who also put a lovely net of carp on the scales weighing in at 63lb 2oz… All caught on paste / pole.
Worthy of a mention was Don Lines in 3rd place, catching a net of bream weighing 52lb 10oz on pole.
Very respectable weights for only a 3.5hr match… Well done guys. ?
